My e-Learning purchase did not download (or the file is corrupted), what do I do?

The Breakout Session files are very large and (depending on your ISP and computer) can take hours to download due to the video component. Please let it download until it is complete. If you stop it midway thinking it might be done or that it is taking too long, it will not download correctly and use a link attempt.
