My Click & Co Store product is defective. What should I do?

You may return most new, unopened items within seven days of delivery for a full refund. All returns and exchanges must be in new condition in original product packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned camera bags unless it is for an exchange or store credit. Click & Co Store is not responsible for any VAT, customs or brokerage fees charged if shipped International.

You may return defective items within fourteen days of receiving your order. Defective items need not include original product packaging but must not reflect use in excess of normal wear-and-tear. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Due to the nature of digital downloads and gift cards, such products are not subject to refunds or credit. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please email store@clickandcompany.com. We will issue a return address and instructions on returning the item. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
