You needed to cancel your previous subscription when you upgraded to the Lifetime membership. Please start a support ticket that includes your PayPal email address so that we can process a refund for you right away. Also make sure to go into your PayPal account and cancel that subscription from your recurring payments so that it does not continue to renew.
If you did not pay via PayPal, your previous account can be cancelled via the Clickin Moms forum in the "My Account" section. Please still email us so we can get the refund processed.
